Event Information
Arrival
Attendees are to arrive via the main hotel driveway entry along Hawkesbury Valley Way. Free parking will be available in the hotel car park. The Moana 2 screening will begin at 6pm. However you are welcome to arrive from 5:30pm to grab your spot on the lawn and order food and drinks. Please have your e-tickets / booking confirmation ready to display for admission. Entry to the event will be via the Lakeside stairs.
Food & Drink
BYO alcohol is strictly NOT permitted. There will be delicious food and drinks available to purchase on the night from 5:30pm at Lakeside including burgers, hot dogs, chips, pop-corn, ice-creams, chocolates and more along with our pop-up bar for all your beverage needs (including Moana themed cocktails & mocktails!). Additionally, you are welcome to dine in either Barracks Bar or Harvest Restaurant pre or post event.

Seating
Guests are encouraged to bring their own picnic rugs and blankets. Additional rugs and a limited supply of bean bags will be supplied by the hotel and will be available on a ‘first in first served’ basis. We ask guests to NOT bring camping chairs or any form of elevated seating so all attendees can enjoy the same viewing experience. Should you require a chair (for medical or other reasons) please contact us when booking your tickets so we can arrange suitable seating for the duration of the movie.
Amenities
Male and female toilets are located inside the hotel lobby of Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, a short walk up the stairs from the Lakeside event area. There will be no portable toilets available at Lakeside.
Wet Weather
Should there be rain forecast for Saturday 19th April, the twilight cinema will still go ahead and will be moved into our Ballroom function space. In the event of rain please check our social media pages for regular updates.
In-house Guests
If you are staying with us on Saturday 19th April, tickets are complimentary however bookings are still required to attend the Twilight Cinema. Please email [email protected] or call 02 4577 4222 with your confirmation number handy in order to book your tickets.
